Audited Supplier Cooling the materials by two ways , direct air cooling and indirect cooling water. Fresh air enters the machine from the inlet of the powder discharge end, powder enters the machine from the feed mouth, and pushes through the scraper on the blade, therefore the powder is raised , fully mixed with the air, and pushed forward to reach the temperature required During the transportation process, the powder is in contact with the inner wall of the machine to transfer the heat . Meanwhile , the cooling water enters the compartment from the inlet pipe at the discharge end, so that the cooling water takes away the heat from the inner wall , thus reducing the temperature in good effect . Hot air is discharged from the gas collection hood at the feeding end and enters the cyclone dust collector . hot air is discharged into the atmosphere through the centrifugal fan, and a small amount of dust is stored in the dust collector box . The discharge device (off fan) enters the screw conveyor then go to next process. Hot water flows out of the outlet pipe at the feeding end, discharges directly, or flows into the cooling circulation tank, a continues to be recycled.
