Cooker is used to cook the raw material and liberate the oil from the fat depots.
Minimum processing capacity 50T in 24 hours.
Heating with both inner rotor and outer jackets, Thoroughly cook the bone and meat material, to prevent the condensate water mixing with material and lessen the bone and meat meal protein and quality.
Steam pressure 6Kg, working temperature 95~100ºC.
Rotor is made of Φ325×10mm high quality steel tube. Using self-adjust pressure sealing device to avoid leakage of cooker, keep workshop hygienic.
Equipped with famous brand YCTJ225-2.2KW cycloidal needle wheel, electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor. Changing rotation speed to satisfy the production requirement of various fishes in different seasons.  
Rotation speed is adjustable from 1 to 15 rpm.
Heating helical blades are made of 6mm Q345 manganese steel.
Outer shell of jacket is made of 8mm Q235 plain steel, the inner is 10mm Q345 manganese steel.
The main part of cooker is made of Q345.
The covers and windows are made of 2-10 mm SUS304 stainless steel.
Conforming to the strict standard of the pressure vessel, all pressure vessels are manufactured with carbon dioxide gas arc welding.
Insulated with 0.6mm stainless steel plate.
The cooker has been taken hydraulic pressure test by technical supervision office, ensure safety usage.
